In this Japanese-only release space-age game, if you wait on a fake Scientist screen for 4 minutes, this song will play. It can also be found the same way in it's DS rerelease X-Scape.

 

Mario Paint

This one's a bit more obvious that the rest. Click the O (It will become a bomb that explodes) and the song will play. Simple!

 

Link's Awakening

If you go to the Frog-House and wait for around 3 minutes and it will play. The only thing is that the song is one pitch higher and the last 2 notes are the same.

 

Super Mario Land

Once you lose all your lives, (Game Over) wait on the Game Over screen and the song will play.

 

Virtual Boy's Wario Land

Once you get both a Virtual Boy and a copy of the game, you have to beat the game and wait on the screen shown to the right. I don't know what's harder to find, the song or a working Virtual Boy!

 

Yoshi's Story

You can find the game by waiting on the screen to the right and the classic song will play. This is the last of the known location in the older versions.
